Generate complete REST APIs with CRUD in matter of seconds
The idea came from a problem I've faced repeatedly throughout my career: frontend development often gets blocked waiting for backend APIs, which required me to mock a lot of things, that later on i needed to remove which was basically waste of time.
Existing mock solutions were either too simple, required coding, or didn't behave like real applications.
I wanted something that could generate a realistic REST API in minutes, complete with CRUD operations, authentication, relationships, pagination, filtering, and realistic data, so once backend is done, i do not need to do a lot, just change the base URL, headers, and there it is, fully functional app. Plus i could create a contract for backend so they know what im expecting on a frontend.
That's why I built Rest Faker.
