I’m Kazim, founder of ResReader.
This started from a simple frustration I kept hearing from recruiters: 👉 “Resumes don’t tell me enough.”
I saw this firsthand. A client was hiring for a very specific Azure role. Many candidates listed “Azure experience,” but it was unclear:
• What did they actually build?
• Did they debug real production issues?
• Did they use tools like Application Insights—or just touch Azure once?
Resumes are designed to get attention—not to fully explain experience.
So we built ResReader.
Instead of relying only on resumes, ResReader:
1 Analyzes the resume
2 Generates AI clarification questions
3 Sends them to candidates
4 Evaluates their responses
Now recruiters can understand how candidates actually think and communicate—before scheduling interviews.
