When I was coaching, I noticed that so much of the real work happened between sessions. A client would have a breakthrough or a tough few days midweek, and by the time we met, the detail had faded.
Resonis gives clients somewhere to put those moments while they're still fresh. It listens and reflects back, but it never advises or coaches. That stays with the coach. Before each session, the coach gets a short brief, so they walk in already knowing what matters.
