I'm, founder of Resolvo — and I want to tell you why we built this before I tell you what it does.
Two years ago our team was running Jira for bug tracking, a shared Gmail inbox for customer support, Calendly for scheduling support calls, and a spreadsheet to track which client had which issue. It was a mess. A real ticket fell through the cracks. An enterprise client breached their SLA. We almost lost them.
That was the day we started building Resolvo.

**What makes it different?**
Jira and Linear are great at issue tracking. Zendesk and Freshdesk are great at customer support. But nothing merged the two — until now.
We charge ₹999/month for the entire team (not per seat). A 10-person team would pay $80+/month on Jira alone, before adding any support tooling.
