Reslo turns order questions into ready-to-send replies inside Shopify admin. It reads the order's real status and tracking, drafts a reply, and says "unknown" instead of guessing. Names and addresses are stripped before any AI call. You approve every send.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Sumate, a solo developer. I built Reslo because of one question every store owner sees every single day: "where's my order?"
Answering it is mechanical — you open the order, check the status, find the tracking number, and type roughly the same message again. But it still eats your day, and it's easy to get wrong when you're rushing.
I tried generic AI writing tools for this. The problem is they'll happily write a confident, friendly reply containing a tracking number that doesn't exist, or a delivery date nobody promised. For customer support, a wrong answer is worse than a slow one.
So Reslo is built around three rules:
🎯 Grounded, never guessed
Every draft is built from that order's real data — fulfillment status, tracking number, carrier link. If the data isn't there, the draft says so. Ask it "when exactly will my order arrive?" and it will give you the tracking link and plainly say it doesn't have an exact delivery date on file, instead of inventing one.
🔒 Customer data stays out of the model
Names, emails and addresses are replaced with placeholders before anything is sent to the AI, then mapped back afterwards. The model never sees who the customer is.
✋ You send it, not the AI
Every reply is a draft. You read it, edit it, and send it yourself. Reslo never messages a customer automatically.
How it works: paste the customer's message and the order number → it classifies the issue (shipping delay, lost package, refund request…) → a draft appears, built from the live order. Orders and fulfillments sync in real time over webhooks.
Under the hood it's Claude — Haiku for classification, Sonnet for the drafting.
Pricing is simple: free for 10 replies a month, $19/mo for 150, $49/mo for unlimited. Billing runs through Shopify.
Being honest about where it is today: it's new, it drafts rather than auto-replies, and it's built for order and shipping questions specifically — not a full helpdesk. If you run a Shopify store, I'd genuinely like to know which question types it gets wrong for you. That's what I'll work on next.
Happy to answer anything here 🙏
