Hi Product Hunt 👋 Nobody hands you a manual when you buy a house. The warranty is in a drawer, the invoice is in an inbox, the roof quote is in a cloud folder, the model numbers are on stickers nobody has ever read, and the service history lives in the previous owner's memory. So nothing happens until something breaks, and then you lose days working out who to call and what it should cost. Residely does two things about that, and they feed each other. First, the vault. Photograph a receipt, an invoice, a warranty, a manual or the serial sticker on your furnace, and AI reads it and files it: vendor, date, cost, model, serial, warranty expiry, all searchable. No folders to maintain. Over time that becomes the thing houses have never had, a Carfax-style record of the biggest asset most people will ever own, and one you can hand to a buyer or an inspector. Second, the maintenance cues. This is where the record earns its keep. Residely combines what it knows about your actual property, its age, roof, heating system and climate, with everything in your vault, and tells you what this specific house needs next, when, and what it should cost. Not a seasonal checklist. It won't suggest replacing a unit that's still under warranty, and it knows what has never been serviced, because the vault told it.
