ReqFit
AI proposal review that catches gaps before you submit
Most AI tools help you write proposals. ReqFit checks whether yours actually answers the brief. Upload your proposal and the RFP, and in minutes get a requirement by requirement review: what's covered, what's missing, what to fix first, all in a branded report you can share. No setup, no fluff, no algorithmic optimism. Just an honest read before you hit submit. Your first review's on us, no card required.
I'm Graeme, the founder behind ReqFit.
This one's personal. I've spent years around proposals and bids, and the worst feeling isn't losing on price. It's reading the feedback afterwards and realising someone missed something the brief clearly asked for. A requirement buried on page 14. A question that was answered, but too vaguely to score. The bid felt strong right up until it didn't.
The maddening part is that one clear-headed read almost always catches it. But on deadline day, with a team that has all been staring at the same document for a week, nobody has fresh eyes. So we built the fresh pair of eyes for you.
ReqFit reads your proposal and the RFP it responds to, then checks them against each other, requirement by requirement. It shows you what you've covered, what you've missed, and what to fix first, then hands it back as a report you can brand and share. A few minutes, two documents, no setup.
Here's what surprised us while building it. Everyone is racing to build AI that writes proposals, and we started there too. But more writing isn't the problem. The inbox is already full of confident, generic, AI-written bids. The real question is whether the thing you're about to submit actually answers the brief. So we stopped building a writer and built a checker. No generic praise, no algorithmic optimism, just an honest read before you hit submit.
It works for any kind of proposal: corporate and public sector RFPs, consulting pitches, construction tenders, agency proposals, and in-house bid teams.
Your first review is on us, no card needed. I'll be in the comments all day. I'd love to hear how you review bids today, and where this helps or where it falls short. Be honest, tear it apart.
Thanks in advance for taking a look. :)
Graeme

Who hunted ReqFit?
ReqFit was hunted by Graeme Smillie. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
