The problem wasn't knowing what to say — it was the moment the other person pushed back and I folded. So I built a sparring partner that actually pushes back.
You describe who you're talking to, what the stakes are, and what you want to get out of it. The AI plays that person — not a generic bot, but someone with real objections, real pressure tactics, and a real agenda.
After 10 minutes of reps, you go into the real conversation having already heard the hard parts.
