ReportPull exports complete paginated web reports to Excel or CSV — not just the rows visible on the current page. It can detect common tables and API-backed reports, collect multiple pages when supported, and export up to 100,000 rows. Choose, rename and reorder columns before export. Report data stays in your browser. No account required.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built ReportPull because exporting data from web reports is often unnecessarily painful. A report may contain thousands of rows, while the website only shows 10, 25 or 50 at a time — so a normal table export gives you only a small part of the data. ReportPull tries to solve that. It can export the current table or, when it detects a supported paginated/API-backed report, collect the complete dataset and export it to Excel or CSV. You can also choose, rename and reorder columns, include additional API fields when available, and create Excel-friendly exports without sending report contents to our servers. There’s a free version, so you can test it on your own reports before deciding whether PRO is useful for you. I’d especially love feedback on websites or reporting systems where full-report export doesn’t work yet — those real-world cases help me improve the detection. Thanks for checking out ReportPull
