RePodCast: Podcast Content at Scale.
A week of on-voice content from every client episode
Repodcast turns each client's episode into a week of platform-ready posts — X threads, LinkedIn, show notes, newsletters and more — in that client's exact voice. A separate voice model per client that gets sharper with every approval. Built for agencies: multi-client, white-label, self-serve.
Hi Product Hunt,
I'm Herman Demsong, and I built Repodcast.
What inspired it. I kept noticing the same waste. A host would record a genuinely good episode, and then… almost nothing happened with it. Maybe one post went out. All that work, and the hardest part — turning the episode into a week of content that actually sounds like the person — was a separate, exhausting job. And when people reached for an AI tool to do it, the output never sounded like them. So it got rewritten by hand, or skipped. I wanted to solve that one thing: content that sounds like you, not like a language model.
The problem I was really solving. The deeper I looked, the more I saw the sharpest version of this pain wasn't with solo creators — it was with the agencies and studios producing shows for clients. Every new client multiplies the content work, every client wants it to sound like them, and generic drafts mean someone on the team rewrites everything at 11pm. The work scales with your client count; your margin doesn't. That's not a time problem, it's a business problem — and nobody was building for it specifically.
How the approach evolved. Here's the honest part: I started building this as a tool for solo podcasters, and I was walking straight into a crowded space where good tools already exist. The research changed my mind, and I repositioned the whole thing — from "content tool for creators" to "voice engine for agencies." That one decision reshaped everything:
The voice model became per-client, not per-account — so an agency running ten shows gets ten distinct voices, each getting sharper with every approved post (usually "Strong" within three or four episodes).
I added what agencies actually need: multiple client workspaces, an approval flow, white-label delivery, team seats.
I stayed text-first on purpose — threads, LinkedIn, show notes, newsletters, blog — instead of chasing video, and I priced by how many shows you run, not per post.
So Repodcast today: drop in a transcript (or audio, an RSS feed, or a YouTube link) and get a week of platform-ready content in each client's voice, in under a minute — and it gets better every episode you approve.
I'm a solo founder and this is day one. I'd genuinely love your feedback: what would make you switch, and what breaks first? I'm here all day.
Thanks for taking a look.
Finally tried this on a client episode and the LinkedIn draft actually sounded like the host, not generic AI. The per-client voice model is the part that sold me.
