Hey Product Hunt! Noa here, solo founder of ReplyMill.
I built this because I kept watching the same broken telephone in every startup: a customer reports a bug or feature request, a support agent relays a fuzzy version to engineering, context gets lost, and the reply that goes back feels generic. The people who can actually resolve the request were the last to hear about it.
ReplyMill flips that. Customer emails land as Slack threads where your team already works, AI drafts a reply in your voice with full context, and bugs and feature requests can be auto-routed to the right team - no manual triage. Similar messages also cluster into demand-weighted "signals" so you see what to build next, and social integrations (X, Reddit) are coming so feedback from those channels stops getting lost in the scroll.
It's especially good for small, product-led teams who've outgrown a shared Gmail inbox but don't want a full CS workspace. Free tier is live, Gmail + Slack shipped, Outlook and Teams next. Would love to hear how your team handles the support → engineering handoff today - I'll be around all day!
the AI clustering of similar tickets is actually useful here, not just a buzzword. Dropped a messy inbox in and the themes surfaced in seconds, way better than skimming tags manually.
Finally a support tool that doesn't feel like it was designed for a marketing team. Loved how quickly it pulled the actual recurring themes out of messy threads instead of just dumping a wall of tickets on me.

ReplyMill was hunted by Noa. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
