I built ReplyKit because I was wasting time retyping the same messages every day — customer replies, follow-ups, the usual "thanks, we'll get back to you". Existing tools felt heavy or overpriced for something this simple.
ReplyKit does one thing well: you save a snippet, then type // in any text field and it's inserted right where your cursor is. No account, snippets stored locally on your device. There's also a Copy button for editors that block auto-insert.
A few things I added that I use daily: short triggers (type ;hi and it expands), dynamic placeholders ({date} fills itself, {name} asks me as I insert), and folders to keep everything tidy.

The // trigger feels super snappy once you set it up, and I love that placeholders like {date} actually pull in the right value without extra fuss. Folder organization is a nice touch for keeping work and personal snippets separate.

Does the dynamic placeholder support custom variables from the page context, or are you limited to the built-in ones like {date} and {name}?
