ReplayFoundry is a Windows desktop workflow for turning long gameplay recordings into social media vertical clips. It finds strong moments with AI help, then keeps every creative decision in Studio: cut points, layout, captions, pacing, and publish metadata. You stay fully in control from first draft to public release, with uploads only when explicitly approved.

I've been a content creator the past year and one of the most annoying parts of the process was having to record a 1-3 hour stream and then immediatly scrub through to find the best moments so you can get your clips. Not everyone is at the level to have dedicated clippers find the moments for them so I built ReplayFoundry because I kept losing time in long edit sessions and hours of gameplay just to find those short moments. Existing tools often over automate, under control, or push creators toward quick uploads without enough intentional review. The process evolved from “highlight detection” into a full Studio workflow: the app is a local first processing, with manual review checkpoints, better control over captions/visual style, and a deliberate publish gate so creators own the final output, not the platform. No cloud service, no SaaS model, no uploads to a cloud. Keep it local & totally free!

Who hunted ReplayFoundry?

ReplayFoundry was hunted by Daniel Planos Mauriz. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
