I built RepCoach after a shoulder injury — my physio gave me a list of home exercises, and the hard part wasn't the exercises themselves, it was constantly checking my phone mid-set to track reps and rest timing instead of actually focusing on the movement.
So I built something that just talks you through it: reps, sets, and rest announced out loud, hands-free, works even with your phone locked or with zero signal. I've been using it for my own rehab since, and now use it for regular training too.
