We built an AI chatbot for Shopify stores powered by two AIs. First is our Behavioral AI (designed to convert more traffic) and Generative AI (powered by ChatGPT). Average results so far: increase traffic conversions by 13% and sales uplift by 20% on average.
This kind of fine-tuned AI is where I expect bots/copilots to go next.

The idea of Rep came to me when I was shopping in a physical store and the sales assistant was super helpful in answering questions and showing me around. "Why can't we have this same experience in eCommerce?"

This is actually quite amazing. So many companies promise the fake and over sold 10x to your sales.
