I'm Fuat, a solo founder from Kahramanmaraş, Turkey. RentMind is part of
a small family of focused apps I'm building under Sofft.
The backstory: between 2014 and 2016 I managed a 22-unit residential
building — rent, tenants, maintenance, all of it — on a notebook and a
spreadsheet. I watched landlords make expensive decisions on gut feeling
because nobody actually knew which unit made money.
RentMind is the app I wish I'd had: rent payments, tenants, leases and
expenses per property, with reminders before things slip. No agency
features, no per-unit pricing — built for individual landlords with a
few units.
