I kept hitting the same wall: cleaning watermarks off images one at a time in Photoshop, and the online tools I tried either blurred everything around the mark or charged me even when the result came out bad.
So I built removr. The goal was simple — make it work at volume and actually look clean. You can drop in a single image or a batch of 50, and the AI reconstructs the pixels under watermarks, logos, text and timestamps instead of smudging them. 1 credit = 1 image, and if a removal isn't clean, the credit is refunded automatically — you never pay for failures.
The biggest shift while building was leaning into the unglamorous stuff people actually care about: no blur, batch processing, refunds on failures, and keeping uploads private (deleted after 3 days, never used for training). Less flashy, but it's what makes it usable for real work.
