Remist is a minimalist productivity app designed to help users stay focused without overwhelm. It combines planning, notes, routines, reminders, and a simple Pomodoro-style focus system into one calm interface. Built solo by a university student, it started as a personal project and evolved into a real product with live users and continuous updates. The goal is simple: reduce noise and help people focus on what matters.
I started building Remist as a solo university student after realizing most productivity tools felt too overwhelming and complicated for everyday use.
I wanted something simpler a place where focus, planning, and daily structure feel calm instead of stressful.
What began as a personal project slowly turned into a real product with users, real feedback, and continuous iteration.
This is still early, but I’m sharing it at this stage because I believe building in public matters more than waiting for perfection.
