Rekon
Track spending from any bank by dropping in statements
Drop in PDF statements from your bank, cards and e-wallets. Rekon sorts every transaction into one clear picture of your spending. No bank login, works with any bank, and it only counts rows the statement's own balances and totals confirm.
Hi Product Hunt! I built Rekon because every budgeting app wanted my bank login, and many of my banks and e-wallets weren't supported anyway.
Rekon works from the statements you can already download. Drop in a PDF and it reads every transaction. For a new layout, it sends only a blanked-out copy (every number and name replaced) to learn how the page is laid out. Your amounts, names and account numbers stay on your device.
It also checks its own work: a row only counts if the statement's balances and totals add up. If something doesn't match, Rekon flags it for you to look at instead of guessing.
Rekon is in open beta on iPhone and Mac through TestFlight. Tap the link and install it right away, no waitlist. I'd love to hear which banks or e-wallets you'd want it to handle.
