We built Refril because the current referral process is pretty broken.
A candidate sends:
“Hey, can you refer me?”
The employee has no context, doesn’t know if the candidate is actually good, and usually ignores it.
We wanted to change that.
With Refril, candidates get a structured profile in front of employees, and employees can quickly understand the candidate before deciding whether to refer them.
We’re early and building this with our first users, so feedback > compliments.
