I'm Alex, and I built Refresh Sync after months of frustration with my multi-monitor setup.
The problem: Windows 11 + mixed refresh rates (240Hz + 144Hz + 60Hz) = constant black screens, GPU driver timeouts, and stuttering. AMD literally documents this as a known issue in their driver notes, but the "fix" never came.
What I tried: Disabling MPO, turning off hardware acceleration, switching cables, reinstalling drivers, unplugging monitors. Nothing worked reliably.
So I built Refresh Sync: A tiny portable EXE that:
