Hi Product Hunt. I am Ricky, and I built Refpro after 28 years developing real estate.
Every deal I ever did started with underwriting, and every time it was the same grind. Hours in a spreadsheet to build a package a lender would take seriously, and half the time it still came back in the wrong format.
