Reflacto helps you do exactly that. Describe the situation, get matched with an established framework like SBI or GROW, and work through 4–6 focused questions. Ten minutes later, you have concrete next steps instead of a blank page.
Because work situations can contain sensitive details, Reflacto has no account and no backend receiving your reflection content. Everything is stored in your browser. AI is optional and can run locally; the full flow works without it.
