ReelGeek takes a folder of photos and turns them into a 1080x1920 vertical video with pans, transitions and a soundtrack. It renders on your PC, so there is no watermark, no export limit and no account to sign up for.
Every slideshow to reel app I tried on the desktop either stamped a watermark on the export, capped the length, or wanted a monthly fee for 1080p. For something as simple as pointing at a folder of holiday photos and getting a vertical video out, that felt steep.
ReelGeek does the plain version. Pick the photos, pick a style, pick some music, render a 1080x1920 file. Pans and crossfades so it does not look like a static slideshow. It renders locally, so nothing is uploaded, there is no watermark and no length cap.

One honest caveat: the installer is not code signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn on first run.
