Reede runs a legal matter end to end. Drop in a document and it builds the workflow around it — checklist, drafts, signatures, invoice, filing — instead of handing you an empty folder. Every workflow works by hand first. The AI is an accelerator, never a requirement. $99 per matter, first matter $49. Firm plans from $289/month. Run the whole file — drafted, signed, paid, and filed. The practice platform for the work that moves a file. Built for Canada.

Hi Product Hunt. I'm Adrienne. I'm a paralegal in British Columbia and I built Reede because of the gap between what a legal matter actually is and what legal software thinks it is.

Every tool I used gave me a folder and a place to put documents. But a file is not a folder. An incorporation is a sequence: take the instructions, draft the documents, get them signed, bill for it, file it with the registry, and put the results in the minute book. The software knew about none of that, so the sequence lived in my head and in a checklist I retyped for every client.

Reede runs the sequence. Drop in a document, an email, or a set of instructions, and it builds the matter around it: the checklist, the DRAFT documents, the signature requests, the invoice, the filing. Corporate, real estate and estates are live today, so are incorporations, conveyancing, wills, probate, annual filings, minute book review, share transfers and leasing.

Two things I want to say plainly. Every workflow works by hand first, and the AI is an accelerator you can ignore completely. And nothing leaves Reede without a person reviewing it. Reede does not give legal advice.

If you want to see the substance without signing up, reede.ca/tools/minute-book-check takes a BC minute book and returns the full compliance report. No account, no card.

I would like to hear from anyone who has built workflow software for a regulated profession, and from any lawyer or paralegal who thinks I have this wrong.

What did I miss?
