I built this because I kept signing contracts I hadn't really read. Apartment lease. Housing loan. Car lease. Every single one was 20+ pages of dense legal language, and every single time I told myself I'd read it carefully, then skimmed and signed anyway. I knew they were filled with traps. I signed anyway. That's the part that bothered me.
It's not laziness. It's that nobody has two hours to parse a lease at the leasing office while someone waits across the table.
