Rectiva turns static brand guidelines into a system local teams can actually work within. HQ teams can create channel-specific templates, lock brand-critical elements, define AI review rules in plain language, and track exports and overrides across markets. Instead of blocking every exception, Rectiva flags issues, asks for confirmation when needed, and keeps a record so teams can improve their rules over time.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I started building Rectiva after working with a global brand and seeing the same problem repeatedly: even with detailed brand guidelines and Figma templates, content produced across local markets still became inconsistent. The problem wasn’t that teams didn’t have guidelines. It was that those guidelines lived in documents, while the actual work happened somewhere else. So I built Rectiva to turn brand rules into something teams can actually work with — templates, approved assets, AI review rules, and a review process that gives HQ visibility without blocking local teams from getting work done. Rectiva is currently in beta, and there’s also a public demo you can try without signing up. I’d especially love feedback from people who work with brand systems, distributed teams, or multi-market content. Thanks for checking it out!

Who hunted Rectiva?

Rectiva was hunted by Ethan. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
