Also, the Risk-Free Replacement Guarantee adds a layer of assurance for employers. I'm curious, from someone with a recruitment background where typically tools are near free and the spend is on promotion campaigns to boost visibility. The jump from 0$ on a free plan to $249/mo feels quite steep. Can you justify the value there for me for 2 other job postings with unlimited VS 200 candidates. I would hope after sifting through 200 I'd be able to find a few to shortlist. Just want to wrap my head around the pricing decisions and your ideal consumer base!

What is the verification process to be a referrer? As a recruiter do you see the referrers background/experience? I typically know the person referring the candidate or have some kind of connection so I was just wondering what that pov looks like!
