Here's what started this: I was going through my own bank statement one night and found Netflix had charged me twice in the same month. Then I found an Adobe subscription I'd cancelled 4 months earlier still billing me. Then a Spotify price increase I never approved. Three issues, $140 I should have had back.
The problem wasn't catching them, it was doing anything about it. Writing professional dispute emails to multiple companies felt like a part-time job.
