I love cooking, especially healthy and delicious meals. But like many people, I kept saving recipes from social media and never came back to them, or couldn’t find them when I actually needed to cook.
I tried a lot of recipe organizer apps, but none really worked the way I wanted. They were slow, made you wait for recipes to process, and the experience wasn’t centered around the food itself.
So we built Recipy.
We’re a team of three, and as the technical co-founder, I focused on making the experience fast and reliable. Recipy uses the latest LLM technology to extract recipes quickly and accurately, without the hallucinations you often see in other apps, especially with content in different languages.
With Recipy, you can save recipes from social media or websites without interrupting what you’re doing. Just send it over, and it handles the rest by organizing everything into ingredients, instructions, and nutrition.
It also includes helpful tools like grocery lists and meal planning to make cooking easier and more enjoyable.
I use Recipy every day, and we genuinely believe it can help anyone who loves cooking stay organized and actually use the recipes they save.
I’m always saving recipes, but finding them later is such a pain. Did I save it on tiktok, whatsapp, or dm it on instagram? Most of the time I end up checking everything or still can’t find it.
Having all my recipes in one place just makes life so much easier.
That’s exactly why we made this app. I’ve been involved in every step from the start, thinking through all the little details.

We all save a lot of recipes, but most of the time they either get lost or become hard to actually use later on. What I love most about Recipy is that it makes this whole process feel much more organized and genuinely usable. Saving recipes was already easy, but going back to them, organizing them, and actually using them was never that simple.
We tried to make that part more practical and seamless. I also love it even more because it’s something I genuinely use in daily life 🤍
