Rebridge
AI purchase order automation for Lightspeed retailers
Rebridge turns any vendor document - invoice, order confirmation, or prebook - into a complete Lightspeed purchase order. Drop in the file; it reads every style, color, size, and quantity, matches your existing catalog, and adds new colorways to the right product matrix instead of creating duplicates. The merchandising judgment a seasoned buyer makes, automated. Built for Lightspeed Retail R-Series. You review and approve before anything touches your POS.
I'm Max, founder of Rebridge. I spent 12+ years running retail operations before building this, and it comes straight out of a problem I lived every single week.
If you run an independent retail shop, you face the same issue daily. A vendor sends an invoice or an order confirmation, and now someone has to hand-key every style, color, size, and quantity into your POS. For an apparel or footwear shop with size grids and matrices, that's hours per order, and it's where catalog mistakes get born.
Rebridge automates that. You drop in any vendor document - invoice, order confirmation, or seasonal prebook, and it reads every line, matches it against your existing catalog, and builds the products and purchase order in your POS system in minutes.
The part I'm most proud of is the part that's genuinely hard: when a new colorway or variation shows up for a style you already carry, Rebridge adds it to the existing product matrix instead of creating a duplicate. And for brand-new styles, it creates them in your store's own naming and category conventions. It does the merchandising judgment a seasoned buyer would not just OCR.
Nothing gets written to your POS without you reviewing and approving it first. You stay in control.
A few honest notes:
We're live on Lightspeed Retail R series currently, but have more POS systems in the pipeline for the next twelve months. If you have one in particular you want to see let me know in the comments.
I'd love feedback from anyone in retail: what's the messiest part of getting vendor orders into your POS right now? Whether you're on Lightspeed or not, I want to hear where the pain actually is.
