With selfies, I always saw myself as if in a mirror. I couldn't read text behind me; everything was reversed. So, I decided to create this app to put an end to those problems. :)
Took a few shots with this and it was kind of wild seeing my part on the correct side for once. The live mirrored preview is a nice touch so framing still feels natural.
Finally a selfie app that saves the photo the way everyone else actually sees me. The mirrored preview still helps me frame the shot, but no more weird flipped hair part in saved pics.
Love how the mirrored preview stays familiar during capture but the save flips it back, that separation between shooting and output is a really thoughtful UX choice most selfie apps completely overlook.
