Hey ProductHunt! I'm a real estate agent in Tucson. But before that, I spent years as a software engineer, ten of those at a company that was instrumental in bringing MLS databases to real estate agents’ laptops and jettisoning those old printed books! I took a lead generation class that my brokerage put on a few months ago, and one thing they teach us is to not just beg for business, but have our marketing materials provide something useful. Branded water bottles, branded bottles of sunscreen, little calendars, sports schedules. So I thought, what can I provide? An app! I’m well aware of the chaos of a home search. Photos of houses mixed in with photos of your dog in your camera roll. Notes scrawled on listing sheets picked up at open houses, stuffed in a bag and never seen again. A vague memory of a house with a great yard but no idea of the address, so back to Zillow to hunt it down. Comparisons sketched on whiteboards or tortured into Excel spreadsheets. There are plenty of real estate search sites, but no good tool for organizing the search. So I built one. Real-Helper gives every property on your short list its own page: your notes, your photos, the property data, drive times, flood zones - and a direct line to your agent. Real-Helper lets buyers save properties from any listing site (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) with one tap using the iOS share extension. From there you can add your own notes, photos, and links, rank your favorites against each other with Power Rankings, check drive times to your points of interest, see flood maps and school district boundaries, and run mortgage calculations, all in a click or two without leaving the app. If you're working with an agent, you can invite them to use Real-Helper: Agent. Then you get a direct in-app chat with them and can see property suggestions they send you. And THEY get a neat way to track all of their agreements and interactions with clients in one place, plus tools including digital open-house sign-in and QR code generation. See https://www.real-helper.com/agent for details. Real-Helper is free to download with a monthly subscription tier for the mapping features, custom criteria and rankings, and county property data retrieval. I'd love to hear what house hunters wish it did; I’m still actively building it. Ask me anything!

Real-Helper was hunted by Laure Chipman. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
