ReadyLift turns your recovery data into today's exact lifting plan. Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch and Garmin tell you how recovered you are. None of them tell you how heavy to squat. ReadyLift reads your readiness score and prescribes the weight, sets and reps for today — adjusted against your recent training. Readiness 88? Full load. Readiness 52? Drop 20%, cut a set. And it shows you the math. Deterministic engine, not an LLM. Works with any wearable, or none at all. On iOS and Android.
Hey PH 👋
I wear an Oura ring and lift 3x a week. Every morning I'd see a readiness score — 58, 91, whatever — and have no idea what to actually do with it. Oura tells you how recovered you are. It doesn't tell you how heavy to squat.
So I'd just train the plan anyway, feel awful on the low days, and wonder why my numbers stalled.
ReadyLift closes that gap. It reads your recovery data and turns it into a real prescription — today's weight, sets and reps, adjusted against your recent training history. Readiness 88 → full load. Readiness 52 → drop ~20% and cut a set.
A few deliberate choices:
The engine is deterministic, not an LLM. I wanted the load math explainable and debuggable rather than hallucinated. If it says bench 185 instead of 225, it tells you exactly why — "based on your last 5 sessions, adjusted for moderate recovery."
Any wearable, or none. Oura direct, plus Apple HealthKit and Health Connect — so Whoop, Garmin, Apple Watch and most smart rings work. Manual logging is free and always will be.
Not every lift responds the same. Low readiness hits squats and deadlifts far harder than pressing, at least in my own data. The engine accounts for that.
What I'd genuinely like feedback on:
Does the readiness → prescription connection land, or does it feel arbitrary?
Is onboarding too long before you see something useful?
Is what's free vs. paid clear and fair?
Happy to comp Pro for anyone who tries it and tells me where it falls apart. Brutal honesty preferred over encouragement — I'd much rather hear it here than read it in a 2-star review
