ReadyBase lets users transform any input into a production-ready PDF. Create an output that’s ready to share, send, post or present. Designed to produce engaging, consumable outputs that level-up any intelligence workflow.
Hey Product Hunt! I’m Jake, co-founder of ReadyBase. 👋

We built ReadyBase because we saw intelligence stalling in the last mile. AI outputs aren’t being optimized to share with others.
That’s why most of us don’t feel comfortable copy/pasting from ChatGPT and hitting send. . . We wanted to give people the ability to level-up their AI outputs into deliverables they’re actually proud to share.
ReadyBase lets users create clean, digestible PDFs that are ready to share in seconds.
What ReadyBase does
Provide the ReadyBase agent with your raw intelligence sources (text, images, files), and our AI assembles a finished, on-brand PDF in seconds. Your brand. Your style. You have total control.
How it works
📝 Ingests messy inputs like notes, research, screenshots, and data
🧩 Understands structure and lays out sections, charts, and images
🎨 Applies your brand: typography, logo, spacing, and color palette
📄 Exports a crisp PDF or a set of screenshots you can ship immediately
Who it is for
Anyone who wants to quickly level-up raw intelligence inputs into deliverables they’re proud to share.
We’ve seen so many use cases! Some popular ones include sales one-pagers, research briefs, exec updates, client docs.
We’d love your feedback. Drop your use case in the comments and we’ll build one live on launch day. Thanks for the support and the votes!
Whoa, this is exactly what I needed! I've been stuck with messy AI outputs and formatting issues for far too long.
it is a game-changer. Can't wait to see the live use case builds on launch day.
Great job, Jake and team!?
Congrats on the launch, Jake! I love the concept behind ReadyBase—it’s a really exciting idea with a lot of potential. I gave it a try on my iPhone 16 (iOS 26) and noticed that after a couple of minutes of processing, my intelligence white paper didn’t generate any output. I know these kinds of hiccups are common in the early days, and I wanted to share in case it helps you iron out edge cases. Cheering you on as you build this out!
Some feedback here! So I was using this during a meeting, and those funfact details during generation (and the animation!) were actually fantastic for keeping an in person group activated and attentive.
One of our more senior folks eventually sat in and he did have a bit of a grumpy face at it though, so I'd just watch the user metrics on which groups seem to like this and make sure they align with your target group for this.
Super clean and really awesome job here!
Really smart take on the “last mile” problem. I’ve seen so many teams spend hours polishing ChatGPT drafts or Notion notes into something client-facing. This bridges that gap beautifully.
We’ve been building a tool in a different corner of the AI space (Escape Velocity AI, helps early-stage founders with business planning), and this kind of clean, shareable output is exactly what’s often missing once ideas are clarified. The leap from “raw thinking” to “client-ready” is still weirdly manual in a lot of workflows.
Have you seen more traction with async teams (e.g. internal decks and updates), or more on the client-facing side?
Cool stuff! I've always wanted to have PDF's created so easily and thought ChatGPT could help with that but mostly it's not usable. Thanks for building ReadyBase to solve that issue @jake_reitman
Hey congrats 👏
I'm wondering would it be sufficient for creating themed yet detailed pitch deck too, I'll give a shot for this
ReadyBase turns raw input into polished, shareable PDFs, ready to send, post, or present. Built for teams that need clean, consumable outputs to supercharge their intelligence workflows.
ReadyBase is cool. Type in what you need, and it turns it into a ready-to-use PDF in seconds. Perfect for sharing or presenting.
I’m writing to you from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
I truly appreciate your application; it has greatly helped me finalize my academic work.
I would like to know if it’s possible to do affiliation, since here in Kinshasa technology is still limited when it comes to getting a customized PDF format. Most of the time, one has to go to a cybercafé and pay for it.
Congrats on the launch!
Initially, I was unclear about the core value, but I'm glad you included detailed information in the comments, which clarified things. Thinking more about this, I can definitely see a lot of use-cases where this can be handy. Certainly, a unique way of handling data and turning directly into pdfs. This must be an interesting engineering challenge to build. Great work!
This makes a ton of sense. We have a lot of marketing material but it’s difficult to make custom PDFs quickly.
Just checked it out—love the simplicity and focus of ReadyBase. Turning prompts into clean, downloadable PDFs is such a smart utility, especially for workflows that need fast documentation. Congrats on the launch! 🎉 Looking forward to seeing how people use it across use cases.
The ability to personalize pitch decks for different audiences caught my attention! Definitely will have to test this out!
Congrats team! I still need to run more tests, but my first impression is very positive: the tool addresses a real pain point I can relate to, has an attractive and thoughtful design, and delivers solid results so far. Well done!
Is there an API for this because I can see it being integrated in a lot of AI apps
