Hi Hunters! I'm excited to introduce my new product - a simple to use video survey tool. As a Founder, I always struggled with getting to know my users. Traditional methods of research are time consuming, require a ton of expertise to do well and can deliver pretty uninspiring outputs. What was I meant to do with hundreds of rows of text responses? It wasn't until I started collecting video responses from my users that things kicked up a notch. Video surveys are: 1. Asynchronous just like a normal survey, which saves a ton of time 2. Are super easy to create, no expertise needed 3. Return highly engaging video responses Getting to see and hear my customers is a game changer. Using a video survey I not only know what my customers look and sound like, but also how they feel; which is crucial for closing the customer / company empathy gap. I now regularly download the best responses and share them in our team Slack, which the team love. We tried lots of different apps before building Re-View, but they all seemed to be extremely bloated (who needs eye tracking?!) and very expensive. So we built Re-View, where you can easily create a survey, share a link and then watch the video responses roll in. Re-View may not be the most complex tool on the market, but it is the easiest to use and most affordable. Nice idea, just created my first product research project, thanks for sharing, it was simple to setu and the public page that I can send to my customers looks good. Ps. I would probably suggest to add templates in order to avoid the “blank canvas” problem when creating the survey/questionnaire.
I tried out this survey tool and was really impressed with its functionality and ease of use. The ability to customize the questions, feedback and format of the survey was great.
Have just signed up for a free account and had a play around. Love the simplicity of the interface! Super clean. I see there being lots of different use cases for this tool in my team, but am wondering how you're thinking about specialisation in the product and use cases (i.e. going deep on HR, or UX, or team check-ins etc) vs. keeping it somewhat generic?
I'm curious about the customer response analytics. Is there any speech recognition technology involved?
