Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Toan, the maker of rayQuiz. Today, I’m super excited to relaunch rayQuiz to the global community with a fully localized English experience and our biggest feature update yet!
💡 Why I built (and rebuilt) rayQuiz:
Teachers and students spend hours manually typing questions from PDFs, Word docs, or printed handouts into online test platforms. Existing AI quiz tools either mess up complex formatting or lack serious exam controls and engaging study modes.
🚀 What’s new in this launch:
1. Full English Support (/en): Ready for educators and learners worldwide.
2. Instant AI & OCR Extraction: Drop a Word file, PDF, or snap a photo of a textbook page — get a ready-to-play quiz in 30 seconds.
3. Rich Question Types: Beyond simple MCQs, we support IELTS-style gap-fills, matching, fill-in-the-blanks, and auto/manual graded essays.
4. Lightweight Proctored Exams: Host serious assessments with anti-cheating controls and tab-switching detection without expensive enterprise software.
5. Live Quiz Battles & Pomodoro Rooms: Study solo or challenge friends in real-time multiplayer quiz rooms.
🎁 Try it instantly:
You can test our interactive demo and generate quizzes for free right on the homepage at https://rayquiz.com/en.
I’d love to hear your honest feedback: What’s the biggest pain point you face when creating or studying with online quizzes? Drop a comment below — I’ll be hanging out here all day to answer every question! 🙏
