There’s obviously been many floor plan tools. What makes this different? Not knowing more I’d say lightweight and collaborative would get you in the door, and then identify use cases where contractors and clients, or combinations thereof, want collaboration. But I’d be wary of your moat: if autodesk has this they could squash you.
