Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Pranjal, founder of WebDeb Solutions in India.
I built RasidPro after seeing how small shops here handle billing. They type supplier bills into software by hand, make customer bills in another place, and then redo everything again for the accountant at month end.
So RasidPro tries to do it once:
📸 AI Bill Scan: take a photo of a supplier bill and the purchase entry is filled for you (supplier, bill number, GST, items). You check it, save it, and stock updates.
🧾 GST tax invoices with CGST/SGST/IGST and HSN, shared on WhatsApp in one tap
📦 Stock, vendors, purchase orders and payables
💬 Payment reminders to customers on WhatsApp or email
📊 GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B JSON, plus Tally XML for the accountant
It works in the browser and as an Android app. There's a free plan with no card needed. Paid plans start at ₹99/month.
A few honest notes:
- AI Bill Scan works best on clear, printed bills. A blurry photo can cause mistakes, so you always review before saving.
- GST filing still happens on the GST portal. RasidPro prepares the files.
