When we first launched here in March, Rankfender did one thing: it showed whether your brand appeared in AI answers. Since then we've been listening closely to our users, customers and this community: every support message, every feature request, every "can it also do…?".

we log every bot hit on our site with Cloudflare and the most useful thing is ChatGPT-User / Claude-User fetching a page live, it means someone just asked about you.
Do you use server logs like that or it's only running prompts and sampling the answers?
If I publish a fix and the next recheck cites me, do you count that as the fix working or just normal AI answer noise?
Can you see which sources an AI assistant cited when it mentioned a competitor? That would help explain where the gap comes from

The prioritized fix list is the part I'd look at first. Keeping the search result or AI answer that prompted each fix beside it would help explain why that work matters.
seeing what Claude and Perplexity say about a brand right next to the Google rankings is the combo most teams still do by hand, two tools and a spredsheet
for the AI side, do you run the same prompt set every day so you can see how the answers drift over time??? and roughly how many prompts per project before it gets pricey???
