ChatGPT answers are the new search results, does RankControl show which ones cite you?
Great tool, great idea. We'd like to see more subscription model options, at least more elastic charging models that covers from students to SMEs. (A content creator student sent me this tool and told he may use this tool for his own visibility)
genuinely skeptical of the "track citations across ChatGPT/Perplexity/Claude" part specifically, not the content or backlink side which seems solid. google rankings are at least a stable, queryable thing you can check against a real index. what a chat model says back to any given user is non-deterministic, personalized by conversation history, and there's no public API that tells you what it told someone else. so what's actually being measured there, repeated sample queries against a fresh session as a proxy? if so that seems worth stating up front since it's a proxy, not a citation count
