I’m Vimlan, a director of a heavy-fabrication contractor in Malaysia. For years, I watched the same problem repeat across projects: the site moves fast, important updates disappear inside Telegram and WhatsApp groups, and every evening someone rebuilds the daily report by scrolling through chat. Meanwhile, the Gantt chart quietly stops matching reality.
Rangka is my answer—built from inside the industry:
1. Supervisors report through Telegram, with no new field app to learn 2. Messages, photos and voice notes become an organised, evidence-linked site record 3. AI prepares the daily report, but a project manager must review and approve it 4. The project schedule is simple enough for the team to keep current 5. Schedule updates remain connected to the field evidence behind them—important when building extension-of-time and delay records
