Rakou combines beginner-friendly lessons, personalized learning roadmaps, and Mirror Mode, where users can practice key golf positions using only their phone camera. A year ago, I started posting my golf journey online. I wasn't a coach or a good golfer; I was simply documenting my progress. To my surprise, a lot of people reached out asking how to get started with golf. The problem was that I didn't feel qualified to teach them. And even if I did, I couldn't personally help every beginner who wanted to learn.
As I talked to more people, I noticed a pattern: many had already tried golf but never became committed golfers. They enjoyed it. But after that, nothing happened. They never took the next step to become golfers.
Most golf products are built for people who already play. Rakou is built for people who are just getting started.
We combine beginner-friendly lessons, personalized roadmaps, and camera-based practice tools to help people go from "I tried golf" to "I'm a golfer."
