I built Raindrop to bring cinema camera image qualities to the cameras filmmakers already use. It’s a DaVinci Resolve OFX plugin that transforms footage with sensor-matched color science, depth-driven focus, lens character, atmosphere, and Iris Grain.
Every tool in this space emulates film stocks. Raindrop emulates camera systems.
This is V1. We're building toward a world where the camera body is a sensor and the entire optical identity lives in software. More camera profiles, more lens families, and a companion iOS cinema camera app are all coming.
