I built this free tool around a simple problem: contractors spend time preparing estimates, but when customers don't respond, figuring out what to say next becomes another task on an already busy day.
The Follow-Up Generator is deliberately simple. Enter a few details about your quote and get a suggested follow-up schedule plus email drafts you can copy, edit, and send yourself. No signup, no payment, and no automatic sending.
It's part of a larger project I'm building to help service businesses spend less time chasing unanswered quotes.
I'd really appreciate feedback on two things:
1. Are the suggested emails natural and useful enough to actually send?
