Hi Product Hunt — I built QuotaCapsule because checking usage should not interrupt the work that is consuming it.
The app lives beside the Windows notification area. It stays compact, expands after a 0.3-second hover, and shows the current plan, remaining quota, quota windows, and local reset time. Right-click exposes only the controls that belong there: refresh, start with Windows, visibility, and quit.
I wanted the opposite of a dashboard-heavy desktop app, so QuotaCapsule is a single 74 KB native EXE. There is no Electron, WebView, installer, service, administrator requirement, account system, telemetry, analytics, or developer server. It also uses Per-Monitor V2 DPI rendering for crisp 4K taskbars.
The Founding Edition is $1 for the first 50 users. I would love feedback on whether the compact and expanded states show the right amount of information.
