It works in a similar to Google Chrome way: whenever you press command+Q for the first time in Safari, you're going to see a popover asking you to confirm Safari quitting by pressing command+Q again. And if you press the command+Q again while the popover is still present, the Safari will quit as usual.

I'm afraid it's only needed for those who edit in the browser, but if it happens once or twice, it's edited locally and then copied to the browser

Such a simple yet super useful utility — accidental Cmd+Q has definitely cost me work before. Love how this adds just the right layer of protection. Thanks for the free codes and congrats on the launch! 🚀🍎

@oleh_kopyl 🔥 Wow, Oleh. This is such a thoughtful touch. So many times, I have accidentally quit Safari with a stray Cmd+Q. This tiny but mighty safeguard saves frustration and tabs. Love how you have made quitting a deliberate choice, not a mishap. Brilliant work! Hats off to you for solving a real pain point so elegantly.

honestly not sure why this wasn’t already a native feature. It’s too easy to accidentally quit and lose tabs or unsaved data. This patch seems necessary, but also a bit overdue from Apple’s side.

Some users might find the extra step to quit Safari annoying if they want to close it quickly. How do you balance preventing accidental quits without frustrating those users?

A great tool especially for a small scenario can be the most helpful sometime!

Hey Oleh, can you please upload the YouTube video in this launch once again please? The thing is that the thumbnail is not showing up. After that, it should be available :)
