I built Quies because meditation apps kept giving me the same pre-recorded sessions no matter how I felt that day. Clinical hypnotherapy, specifically Milton Erickson's approach, works differently. It adapts to where you are emotionally and uses indirect suggestion and metaphor to meet you there. So I built an AI that does exactly that. You tell it how you're feeling, it writes a complete hypnotic session from scratch and speaks it to you. Every session is different on purpose, because that's how the Ericksonian method is designed to work.
