Quiddit is a system designed to develop a deep and evolving understanding of who you are. Combines semantic memory, behavioral analysis, personal data, task management, image generation, and guided reflection into a unified vectorized model of the user. This evolving framework helps uncover patterns, support decision-making, and foster long-term personal growth. Built as a playful and unconventional experience, Quiddit explores a future where AI understands the underlying structure of a person.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Lucas, the solo founder behind Quiddit. I started building Quiddit because I felt that most AI products suffer from the same limitation: they understand conversations, but not people. Even when modern systems remember previous chats, they rarely develop a coherent understanding of a person's goals, habits, reflections, motivations, and evolving worldview. Each interaction still feels fragmented. Over the last 500+ days, I've been building Quiddit as an experiment in persistent identity modeling, reflection, and long-term personal growth. Rather than focusing only on generating responses, the system attempts to identify patterns, build context, and develop an increasingly rich representation of the user over time. Quiddit combines semantic memory, behavioral analysis, guided reflection, task management, and AI-generated content into a single experience designed to evolve alongside its user. I also wanted it to feel playful, surprising, and occasionally unpredictable instead of behaving like a conventional assistant. Looking ahead, my vision extends beyond software. I believe future systems will integrate information from wearables, IoT devices, and brain-computer interfaces to create richer and more useful models of human experience. I'd love to hear your thoughts: • What would you expect from an AI that truly understands you over time? • Which features would make you trust such a system? • What would make it genuinely useful in your daily life? Thank you for checking out Quiddit and for sharing your feedback.

Update: Daily Quota Reset for Free Tier is Live 🔄

I noticed many of you burned through the initial 7 free images incredibly fast while testing the RAG semantic memory and the Mutant Box context.

I want you to keep exploring without hitting a hard paywall on day one. I've just updated the logic: the 7 free images for the Free Tier will now regenerate every 24 hours.

Your digital twin needs daily interaction to evolve. Log back in tomorrow, your visual quota will be waiting for you.

Keep the brutal feedback coming!

Day 1 Post-Mortem: Silence, Timeouts, and an Architecture Rewrite 🛠️

To everyone who tried to test Quiddit yesterday and faced infinite loading screens: I owe you an apology.

The initial traction hit the synchronous image generation flow hard. Waiting for external AI image providers caused the UI to choke and timeout. Instead of patching it, I spent the night rewriting the core.

The Fix: I just deployed a full Asynchronous Job architecture. Image generation (Mutant Box, Reverie, Tasks) now runs entirely in the background via a queuing system, returning a 202 Accepted status while your digital environment renders safely without blocking the UI.

To make up for the friction, I am upgrading the first 3 people who reply to this comment to the Tier 1 Plan (120 images) for free. Just drop a comment, and I'll reach out to get your registered email.

The architecture is now stable.

Come break it again. 👁️
