I’m excited to finally share QUFO with you.
QUFO was built around a simple problem: many small businesses manage quotations, customer approvals, jobs, payments, and progress across separate tools, spreadsheets, chats, and paper — making it easy for things to get lost along the way.
We wanted to create one connected workflow where a quotation can move naturally from approval → job → progress → payment → completion, while giving the business a clear view of what’s happening at every stage.
